Viva Guadua Festival 5 days: August 12-16.
Theme: Sustainable Habitat. “Think global, build social”. As with the Laufen Manifesto http://laufenmanifesto.org/, the festival will have 4 categories: architecture, environment, public politics and industrialisation. Experience High Level Panels, Conferences, Workshops, Cultural activities, Handcraft and Commercial fairs. Closer to the date we will inform you of the various workshops which will have 25 maximum participants so you can handpick prior to attending.

Special 4 day tour & workshops – to the best places in Colombia. August 17-20.
Transport & Accommodation from Cali to Bogotá. Visit to the extensive Guadua forest (used by guaduabamboo.com), technical visits and presentations at factories, enterprises, workshop sites of bamboo artisans, construction sites and bamboo tourist places. The 4 day tour is as follows: Juanchito – Cali, Buga, Montenegro – Quindio and Pereira. This program ends in Bogotá. If you attend this, you will start in Cali and end the 4 days in Bogota. Make sure you book your flights out from Bogota. Final program for these 4 days still to come.
