Curious about bamboo?
We want to make Bamboo skills available to the Bello Shire – so come along to these sessions out at the Bamboo Retreat – Kalang. Everyone can find bamboo easy and practical – from craft, to furniture, to building, to plant propagation to harvesting. Suitable for all ages, gender and experience levels.
Come help grow a culture of bamboo in Bello.
Each session has the chance to learn lots of different things –
you choose what your want to learn and do:
9 – 10am – Optional: bamboo tour of grove and theory with different species. Good overview with Q&A.
10 – 3 – practical – lots of different skills and techniques from construction to art to craft to practical home use. Note: you need to be here for these hours if you are coming.
